The hospital provides an out of hours service for other practices within the area, and is well-quipped with modern facilities, ensuring most first-opinion cases are treated in-house as well as accepting referrals for exotics. Our other practices are local hubs, embedded in their communities and offering the very best care to local pets.

Plymouth Veterinary Group is a first-opinion multi-site practice with a flagship Hospital and branch surgeries serving all areas of Plymouth.
 
You will be part of the dedicated night Vet team providing exceptional emergency care for our patients and their owners. The rota covers at least 2-3 nights on average per week (including weekend hours as well as weekdays) We are looking for someone with a real passion for emergency work and experience in handling surgeries and critical patients.

Become a Day Vet at our well-equipped sites. We have an exciting opportunity for two branch surgery Vets to join our group and provide consistent exceptional care within the local community. Plymouth Veterinary Group is a first-opinion multi-site practice with a flagship hospital and branch surgeries serving all areas of Plymouth. Building rapport with the clients and being the familiar face of the surgery is key to establishing trust for patient welfare.

 
You will have sole charge responsibilities at the Plymstock and/or Lipson surgeries and you will be supported by a small Animal Nurse and Reception team to ensure the day runs smoothly as well as offering a full suite of Nurse clinics in the area.
