Head of Pet Health Loyalty Marketing

This exciting new role will play a crucial role in leading the marketing of our pet health clubs across the IVC Evidensia group.

As an experienced marketing with 10+ years full mix marketing experience you will build and lead a high performing team of creative, results driven marketers.

Responsible for the growth in existing markets and expansion into new markets, you will develop marketing strategies that cover acquisition, retention, product and market development.

You will be a result driven marketer who can deliver on challenging targets and prove ROI. You are the ultimate blend of being data driven but having a strong creative instinct.

You will build and support a team to deliver the best work of their career, you already have experience of leading a high performing team. As this is a group role international travel will be required. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of managing & delivering marketing strategies across multiple geographies.

Experience in a loyalty or subscription-based role is highly desirable.

Marketing Director UK & Ireland

In this role, you will drive the UK & Ireland Marketing team and performance, support group VCOs (Value Creation Opportunities) and digital transformation. The Marketing Director will deliver local market and clinical board initiatives ranging from nationwide to UK practice level.

CRM Manager

The CRM will be responsible for the development and implementation of a data driven communication strategy which engages with pet owners to improve retention and reduce churn of members of our loyalty scheme. In addition to email comms this role will also have responsibility for our in-app comms strategy.

Responsible for leading the marketing automation activity within the loyalty marketing team; as well as delivering creative campaigns, this role requires an individual who is highly numerate, analytical, results based and understands the detail and compliance of data laws. You will devise and run A/B tests to ensure constantly improving results.

The successful candidate must have 5+ years outbound marketing experience and a proven track record ideally in a membership or subscription-based business.

This is a group role and the ideal candidate will have experience in delivering outbound comms strategies across multiple markets and be willing to travel if required.

Referral Marketing Executive

This exciting hands on role will provide essential marketing support to our practices & hospitals across the UK referrals network.

Using your full range of marketing skills, both online and offline you will create and deliver marketing plans, campaigns and assets to support the commercial objectives of each referrals site. 

Your work will cover brand, PR, design, web, email, events and advertising - you must be a great all-rounder!

You will be a confident communicator, have excellent project management and exceptional attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience and ideally a marketing qualification.

Practice Marketing Support Managers

This position is best suited to a self-motivated organised individual, with an approachable ‘can do’ attitude and excellent communication skills.
 
Responsible for the implementation of marketing tools to help practices attract, delight and retain clients, the candidate will guide practices towards adoption of digital tools and local marketing initiatives to meet evolving customer values and aspirations.
 
You will be involved in creating and updating of marketing best practice guidelines and the creation and delivery of marketing training for practice staff.
 
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills required from inception to delivery and post analysis and will be competent at simultaneously managing multiple projects and prioritising workload.
 
Can confidently work with a variety of stakeholders communicating appropriately to different audiences.

QA & Release Management Lead

We are looking for a talented and dedicated leader to join the newly formed Engineering domain organisation within Marketing and Customer Experience which is responsible for delivery of our customer facing digital channels. We are a multi-disciplinary, agile team of experts across Engineering, DevOps, Architecture and Agile Delivery, closely collaborating with our business colleagues to deliver leading digital solutions for the whole of IVC Evidensia globally.
  

Agile Practice Lead

We are looking for a talented and dedicated leader to join the newly formed Engineering domain organisation within Marketing and Customer Experience which is responsible for delivery of our customer facing digital channels. 
 

Engineering Domain Lead - Web

The Engineering Domain Lead - Web will be responsible for the technical delivery, maintenance and support of our web estate which encompasses 1,000s of websites for our vet practices across the IVC Evidensia group.
 
The Engineering Domain Lead will set the strategic technical direction for the Web Domain, working collaboratively with the Product and Marketing organisation to manage the online presence of our vet practice clinics across Europe.
 

Regional Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Regional Marketing Manager to work closely with our local country managers, marketing managers and marketing/business development teams. This role will involve facilitating and coordinating activities such as national campaigns and ongoing performance management of marketing partners, agencies and inhouse teams to formulate KPIs and subsequently deliver on the agreed targets.

Marketing Automation Manager

The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for the deployment and scale of the group Marketing Automation Program across brands and geographies. Bridging the CRM and Marketing automation efforts between the group marketing team and local marketing functions the Marketing Automation manager will ensure maximal localisation of automated journeys to support lifecycle and monetisation goals. With a data-driven approach, the Marketing Automation Manager will build customer loyalty, increase customer lifetime value and engage the base with targeted relevant, inspiring and helpful content. The content itself will serve to educate, highlight and inspire pet owners of the benefits of increasingly incorporate preventative care into their everyday routines with their pets, specific to their animal and breed.

Web Analyst

We are recruiting for a Web Analyst who will initially focus on harmonising all marketing performance tracking, analytics and reporting, in close collaboration with the various local marketing teams. Once the analytics and reporting harmonisation has been completed, the successful candidate will continuously work on evolving the group marketing performance reporting while supporting business initiatives with data-driven insights. The Web Analyst will also work to standardise/ automate web tagging, online tracking, analytics and reporting across group sites with Product Ownership of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You will also standardise and consequently transform data to be readily available as actionable insights to group marketing and local teams.

Social Media Executive

We are recruiting for a Social Media Executive who will be the go-to specialist for all group and local marketing organisations with regards to challenging public social customer interactions and general online reputation management. You will work to activate the internal clinical specialist pet health knowledge pool to inspire pet owners through our social channels to increasingly focus on preventative care for their pets as a part of their daily routines. You will grow the central social media account follower bases and engagement metrics in collaboration with the Brand Manager to IVC Evidensia. Strong copywriting and graphic design skills will be required in order to grow the Brand accounts and coordinate and stimulate best practice sharing between the local marketing teams.

Performance Executive

We are recruiting for an online marketing specialist who, by the means of a broad range of paid media channels, will be responsible of generating online bookings, app downloads and other business critical KPIs. You will be responsible for performance marketing across the Facebook, Google and Apple domains for selected IVC Evidensia market and running execution of multivariate tests.

Ongoing analysis of data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid marketing activities across several channels.
 

Performance Manager

We are recruiting for an online marketing specialist who will assume pan-European ownership of all paid online marketing channels and related KPIs. The Performance manager will have varied responsibilities ranging from the paid online marketing strategy by market, to hands-on channel, to account optimization for selected key focus areas and performance management of existing agency partnerships. You will be a self-starter establishing processes and setting joint targets with local marketing teams to subsequently execute to deliver on set targets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within paid online marketing with a broad skillset across all major online performance channels and platforms, including but not limited to affiliate channels, co-marketing partnerships and performance-based influencer marketing.
