We can offer you flexibility in your rota, our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career. 

We have all the customary equipment, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, full blood machines and a separate cat ward. We encourage clinical freedom and case continuity and can provide help and support from our experienced team, whilst developing skills in the practice. Our experienced CD has a certificate in surgery and one of our lovely Vets is currently working towards her certificate in imaging. If you have an interest, we are invested in supporting you to gain certificates and additional CPD.

Opportunities at Hampton Park Vets

Our practice is part of a group of 3 sites located in Salisbury, Downton, and Ringwood. We pride ourselves on our excellent client care and put the patient at the heart of everything we do,  but also each other. We are exceptionally invested in our team’s welfare and development. We are offering a 4-day working week with 1:3 Saturdays, no Sundays, and no OOH. However, we are flexible in our offer and aim to achieve a great work-life balance for all our employees.
