We are a thriving hospital, dealing with both first opinions and referrals. Founded in 1958, we now have approximately 85 team members across our seven sites. Our specialist services include; diagnostic imaging with on-site CT, orthopaedics, cardiology, soft tissue medicine and internal medicine. 

Discover the next stage of your career journey and develop further, with the support of our team's varied and extensive experience. We have certificate holders in cardiology, small animal medicine, diagnostic imaging, small animal surgery, dentistry and opthalmology. We also have a visiting diploma holder, specialising in cardiology. Many of our vets completed their certificates while at the practice. Our team is skilled and welcoming, and we offer support for your development. 

We also have wellbeing champions within the practice, and host social events for our teams to relax and connect. As a team we've taken part in various activities to support both local and national charities. We raised money for a local Children's Hospice and did 'March for March'in aid of Cancer Research. 
 

We offer a flexible shift pattern that works around you, Whether you are looking to flex your rota hours to balance the school holidays, fix to navigate the school runs or just looking to strike that balance between home and work life. We can offer flexibility that actually works for you. Our out-of-hours service is provided in partnership with Vets Now, meaning no working out-of-hours, Sundays, or bank holidays.

Opportunities at Grove Lodge Veterinary Group

We are looking for a dedicated Vet to join our team. You will make animal welfare your first consideration in seeking to provide the most appropriate attention for the animals committed to your care. This should be carried out using knowledge of animal physiology, nutrition, and medicine with your practical skills to diagnose illness, prescribe medicines, and perform imaging tests, laboratory tests and surgery.

This exciting RVN role is based at our Brighton branch working alongside another RVN, SVN, VCA and 1-2 vets. Day to day you will either be working alongside our experienced surgeon performing routine operations or running Practice Nurse clinics with a well-established client base.
