We ensure our graduates are supported throughout their veterinary career by creating further learning and development programmes for all our small animal, farm and equine colleagues. Many of these programmes are led by the appropriate Clinical Boards and offer blended programmes tailored to support our GP Vets.
You’ll have access to our Quality Improvement Programme and our Infection Prevention and Control programme. As well as access to Vetlexicon, our online encyclopaedia provider and E-library (online journal access for some countries)

Our people are at the very heart of everything that we do. That’s why we have fostered a culture of empowerment and collaboration to provide the platform for our teams to reach their potential. We value the contributions of each individual across our global network, and the vital role that they play in our mission of healthy animals and happy owners.
We are united by our unique values which, influence our decisions, our interactions with our clients, and how we support each other. Our Graduate Academy is testament to our commitment to providing a culture of continuous development and shared experience.
We know that working in the veterinary profession is not simply a job but a vocation, and that the shared experience, connection, and friendships go beyond a career path. That’s why we offer a collective learning experience for our graduates including our Graduate Academy Congress.
The annual two-day Graduate Congress event is a fantastic opportunity to build lifelong connections with fellow graduates, share knowledge, and have a good time. Attendees will benefit from a range of sessions and panel discussions, giving graduates an immersive experience with senior vets from across IVC Evidensia, and their peers. With practical sessions, exhibitors, and much more, it's an opportunity not to be missed.
