Vet starting salaries vary, our graduate salaries start at £34k pro rata, combined with a competitive benefits package.
We continually assess and enhance our graduate pay structures to ensure they remain competitive. Graduate scheme salaries are reviewed based on market data, and we aim to provide a financially rewarding start to your career.
We have a broad banding approach to pay for all our team members, allowing flexibility based on location, performance, and individual contribution. This approach ensures fair compensation and supports salary progression alongside career progression. Graduates completing the IVC Evidensia Gradaute Academy scheme will transition to the vet pay band, with all the opportunities for salary growth aligned with your skills and experience that entails. All team members also benefit from our annual salary reviews.
In addition to this, you'll get 6.6 weeks of annual leave (including your birthday off as paid leave), professional memberships covered, and a range of rewards and benefits, including discounted pet care.
We care about the well-being of our team members, both human and animal, so you'll have access to your individual fund of £1250 as part of the IVC Evidensia Care Fund, to support pets and owners in financial need.
