We are delighted to open applications for a Head ECC Nurse to join our team at Swift Referrals.
Opened in 2019 and purpose-built to industry leading standards, Swift Referrals is a multidisciplinary referral hospital offering the very best in veterinary excellence, all under one roof. We specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, housing world-class facilities on our premises from advanced imaging machines to specialist treatment and aftercare rooms. We have 1.5T Siemens MRI scanner, 128 Slice GE CT scanner, doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy and state-of-the-art operating theatres, and separate dog and cat wards.
We have a dedicated ECC and OOH centre which houses a large ICU for our critical patients, which is the hub of our Wards and OOHs teams. We see a mixture of inpatients from our referral services, as well as cases from Swift Emergencies which is our first opinion emergency service. Reporting to our Clinical Nurse Manager, you'll benefit from the support of our your fellow Lead RVNs in Medicine & Surgery, along with our Senior Wards Nurse who will assist with daily workflow and team leadership.
