  • Our Multidisciplinary Nurses deal with patients from admit until discharge, this will include patients who present as urgent referral cases and include inter-disciplinary transfers from other services within the hospital. Within this role, our nurses will work to support our Specialist teams to deliver excellent levels of care to their patients. All of our nurses are expected to work to the best possible standards adopting an open and supportive team approach and using excellent communication skills.  We pride ourselves on our culture at Blaise and our welcoming, knowledgeable team will be here to support you every step of the way.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a qualified RVN with the confidence to work independently when necessary. While referral experience is a plus, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, and we welcome applications from RVNs with varying levels of experience and backgrounds. Additional qualifications, such as certificates, are beneficial, and you should be able to demonstrate strong clinical competence in standard nursing protocols.

    Working Pattern

This is a full-time role covering 40hrs/week over 4 days. The weekend rota is currently 2:13, with one full weekend and one Sunday only with TOIL. We have a separate OOHs team, so there are no planned nights or on-call with this position, but we ask the whole team for flexibility and willingness to support in the event of unforeseen sickness or absence in the team.
