The Role
Swift Referrals and Emergencies has an exciting opportunity for another Hospitalist Vet Surgeon to join their team.
This position involves working within our hospital helping to run our first opinion out-of-hours service, as well as assisting our Referral Clinicians to provide round-the-clock gold standard care to our inpatients. This role provides an interesting and diverse mix of first-opinion emergency consultations, diagnostics and surgery, as well as assisting our referral clinicians with complex investigations and inpatient care.
Our full-time hospital vets predominantly work a 40-hour week composed of mostly weekday shifts, but some night shifts and weekend shifts are required and shared amongst the team. As part of our commitment to support individual and flexible working patterns, where appropriate, we would be happy to discuss specific schedules.
