The Role You’ll Play 

  • Fast-paced hospital practice with a dynamic team
  • In-person handovers and daily rounds for effective communication
  • 15-minute consultations, extendable as needed
  • Qualified night nurses support efficient operations
  •  
    We have a very experienced night nurse team all over 8 years qualified and always one on shift, this allows you to work quickly and efficiently, while both consulting and performing surgery. 
     
    Our current schedule is 7 nights on and 14 nights off, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We are open to discussing part-time solutions and new ideas for night shifts.
     
    If you have a different idea of how our nights should work, or you are looking for a part time solution, let us know. We are always open to new ideas!

    About Us

    Hart Vets, established in 1993 by Ian & Clare Hart, is now part of the IVC group while retaining a family-oriented atmosphere. We operate a modern small animal hospital in Bicester and a practice in Waddesdon. Our surgeries feature the latest technology to ensure top-quality care.

     

    What We Do

    We provide comprehensive health care with compassion, ensuring continuity by having patients see the same vet whenever possible. Our facilities include on-site parking, disabled access, air-conditioned rooms, and separate areas for dogs and cats to maintain a calm environment.
     

    Our Talented Team

    We employ 13 vets (10 FTE) with diverse skills, including certificate holders in Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, and General Practice. Our team includes both highly experienced and recently qualified vets, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
