We are seeking an experienced veterinary surgeon to join our well-established and supportive team. This role is ideally suited to a vet who has previously worked in a busy hospital environment and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
The successful candidate will be confident in delivering a high standard of clinical care, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on client service. The position will involve a balanced caseload of both consultations and surgical procedures, offering variety and the opportunity to utilise and further develop your clinical skills.

Rota patterns that work for you

We are dedicated to providing a fantastic work/life balance to our staff. The working hours are an average of 40 hours per week across 4 days including a weekend pattern of 1:8 full weekends (Sat 0800-1800 + Sun 0830-1330) and 2 additional Saturday mornings consulting per annum (0900-1300). This role has no OOH. We are happy to offer part-time work patterns to the right candidate, if you're looking for 2-3 days per week please get in touch.

Join an established practice

Rosemary Lodge is based in the beautiful city of Bath. The hospital is a long-established Tier 3 hospital with on-site MRI, CT, digital X-ray, dental X-ray and in-house diagnostics. Our 5 satellite branches vary in size and facilities but all have established teams and friendly clients. We pride ourselves on our friendly working environment and our focus on staff wellbeing. Staff are actively encouraged to develop their skills and knowledge via in-house learning and CPD. We have 130 employees across the group. Bath Veterinary Referrals is based at Rosemary Lodge Hospital, the team includes both Medicine Clinicians and Surgeons.
