Manor Vets, part of inspiring vet care, is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our welcoming team in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, collaborative practice where you'll enjoy a varied first-opinion caseload, flexibility around the role you want to do, and the backing of a wider network committed to clinical excellence and career development.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Primary Care Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider practice team to deliver a high standard of patient and client care across a varied and rewarding caseload that is evenly split between medicine and surgery. If you would prefer a consult-only role, we're happy to accommodate that too.

You’ll continue to develop your clinical skills and interests while sharing your knowledge and experience with colleagues, contributing positively to the clinical culture of the practice. You’ll be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering excellent care and supporting the ongoing development of those around you.

Working Pattern

We pride ourselves on offering genuine flexibility to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time hours, we'll work with you to create a rota that fits your lifestyle.

A typical full-time role is 40 hours across 4 days per week, with a shared Saturday morning rota of 1 in 4 and time off in lieu. There are no out-of-hours or on-call commitments.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to learning, with openness to feedback and development
