We have an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our growing team of 2 vets at Norwood Road veterinary Surgery. The role would involve a mix of consulting and operating days offering a diverse caseload beyond just routine ops and vaccinations. Clinical freedom and case follow through is encouraged. Overall, we are committed to individual career development, tailoring the positions to suit any areas of interest within the team. There is access to a variety of in house CPD alongside generous CPD allowances with certificate support if required.

 

 

This is a full or part time position with flexibility on the number of working days/hours worked. Whether you need reduced working days/hours for hobbies, need to do the school drop off/pick up or would simply like a more flexible rota pattern, we can fix or flex our patterns to suit you - you tell us what you need.

 

Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours over 4/5 days. There is no sole charge, no weekends, bank holidays or out of hours.

 

 

We are a 100% small animal, single branch vet practice in the cute and hip Herne Hill area of South London, only 15 minutes by train into Central London. Originally set up 21 years ago, we have a loyal client base and are seen as part of the local community. 

 

Our team consists of 1 full time Vet, one Clinical Director, a Practice Manager, 2 Veterinary Care Assistants and Registered Veterinary Nurse. We are a team who aim to do all the right things for our furry friends, always keeping the patient in mind! We love our cute and inviting practice, complete with 3 consulting rooms, ultrasound, digital X-ray, dental x-ray, dental machine, multiparameter, ECG, fully equipped lab, separate dog and cat wards not to mention our outdoor garden for those summer lunch breaks.
