Ideally, we are looking for a full-time Vet Surgeon to work 4.5 days a week with a 1:3 share in the Saturday rota but NO OOH! We are open to accommodating shorter shifts and are happy to discuss this further with any suitable applicants, achieving a great work/life balance for you is important to us! 

We are seeking a Vet Surgeon who is ready to take their career to the next level or is already in a Senior Vet Surgeon role and looking for a change of scenery. Our clinic is located in the market town Sherborne, half an hour's drive from the Jurassic Coast. 

Our clinic is well-equipped with a dedicated dental room, brand-new DR digital X-rays, an ultrasound scanner, and good facilities for staff to take well-deserved breaks.  Additionally, we have in-house lab testing facilities to support your work. Working alongside our fantastic Veterinary team, you will be supported by the Clinical Directors and provided with a loyal client base who have wonderful relationships with the team. You will also have the opportunity to mentor the Vet team and contribute to the practice's management, organization, and financial performance.
