As our new Lead Vet, you’ll shape the future of our practice – clinically, culturally, and collaboratively. You’ll balance hands-on clinical work with leading a small, passionate team that truly cares about what they do.

Your week will include a healthy mix of consults and surgery, with the freedom to follow your cases from start to finish. We’re known locally for our dentistry and ophthalmology work, and you’ll have access to visiting specialists and support from a brilliant network of nearby IVC practices.

And the future? It’s bright. With brand-new, purpose-built premises opening in early 2026, you’ll have the chance to help design, grow, and lead the next chapter of Virginia Water Vets.
