Work life balance that works for you

We know that delivering great care starts with feeling supported and balanced. Our full-time rota is based on 4 days per week (variable hours) with a share in our 1:6 weekend rota. There are no out-of-hours or on-call duties, as we work in partnership with Vets Now for emergency cover.

We’re genuinely flexible – whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or a bespoke rota, we’ll tailor your schedule to suit your lifestyle and career stage.
