Bridge Vets in are excited to welcome an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, fast-paced team. This is a varied role combining consulting and surgery across our well-established branch sites, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative, multi-site environment.

We’re looking for a confident vet who enjoys being part of a busy practice and is comfortable with an element of sole charge. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your clinical interests and be part of a team that genuinely values its people.

The full time role consists of 40 hours per week, with a 1 in 5 share of the Saturday rota and no out-of-hours commitments. Bridge Vets operates across 4 first-opinion small animal branches, supported by our sister practice, Aberdeen Veterinary Referrals, creating a strong, collaborative clinical network.

You’ll be joining an experienced team of 11 Veterinary Surgeons and 13 Registered Veterinary Nurses, supported by 10 Student Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants. The team includes an Internal Medicine certificate holder and a vet with a strong interest in exotics, and we actively support certificate study and specialist interests.

Our practices are well equipped with ultrasound, digital main and dental x-ray, in-house lab machines, multiple consulting rooms, theatres, and dedicated prep areas. We’re always keen to invest in new equipment to support developing clinical interests.
