About the Team

We currently have 6 nurses at Gateacre, 2 VCAs and 7 Veterinary Surgeons which includes our dual sited Vets! We work closely with our sister practice - West Derby to provide brilliant care across the local area.

We undertake a range of surgeries and have a multiparameter, x-ray and dental x-ray. We are a busy practice with each member of the team providing their own expertise and support. Work life balance is important to us, so we enjoy team nights out and our wellbeing afternoons - Our next one is festive wreath making which everyone is looking forward too!

Career progression is key here at Gateacre with opportunities for certificates and further learning actively supported and encouraged - One nurse is currently doing an Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) cert.
