We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and progressive team. Working closely alongside and supporting the experienced Director of Practice in the day-to-day leadership and development of the business

The Role


As Clinical Lead Vet Surgeon, you will:

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to small animal patients, ensuring exceptional client service.
  • Lead the veterinary team, setting clinical standards and ensuring best practice across all aspects of patient care.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning.
  • Play a key role in the strategic development and future direction of the practice, ensuring we continue to provide excellence in veterinary care.

  • About You


    You are a MRCVS-qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a significant amount of experience in small animal practice. You are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and have:
    Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    Confidence in performing routine surgeries and medicine. Additional areas of expertise are highly welcomed.
    A passion for ongoing professional development and fostering team growth.
    A commitment to delivering excellent patient care and customer service, and a clear understanding of how leadership can make a positive impact.

    Working Hours: Working up to 40 hours per week across Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm (No OOH or on-call duties)
