Find Your Future With Us

We’re looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, forward-thinking team in Airdrie. This is an exciting time to come on board, with a brand-new, purpose-built practice on the horizon and plenty of opportunity to grow clinically, professionally, and as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be involved in a varied first-opinion caseload, working across consultations, routine surgery, clinical investigations, and providing excellent continuity of care. As a valued member of our team, you’ll have the freedom to develop your clinical interests, progress your skills, and help shape the future of our expanding service.

Work Life Balance That Works For You

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, which is why we understand how important it is to feel supported both in and out of work. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours is designed to offer a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle, no matter what stage you’re at in your career.

This is a 35-hour-per-week role, structured across three 8-hour shifts and one 10-hour shift, with just 1-in-5 Saturday mornings (09:00–12:00) and no on-call or out-of-hours work.

More about us

Based in Airdrie, Lanarkshire, we’re ideally located just 12 miles from Glasgow and 35 miles from Edinburgh, offering the perfect mix of urban convenience and local community feel. We’re an RCVS GP-accredited training practice with a supportive team of 6 Vets, 5 RVNs, and 9 Support Staff. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and we actively support CPD, certificates, and career development.

In 2026, we will be relocating to a brand-new, purpose-built practice within a nearby retail park — three times the size of our current site. The new clinic will feature digital direct radiography, dental radiography, ultrasound, in-house laboratory equipment, tonometry, and planned future investment in endoscopy.

This is a fantastic time to join us and play a key role in shaping our next chapter.
