Chapelfield Veterinary Partnership is excited to welcome a dedicated Senior Veterinary Surgeon to our team on a permanent basis.

About Us


We are looking for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with experience and confidence in both consultations and operations for small animals. We are keen to develop our employees where possible and you will be expected to lead areas of specialism including consults for illnesses, injuries and vaccinations. 

Your Role and Responsibilities


In addition to clinical work, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Clinical Director in managing our team at Long Stratton, working closely with our Practice Manager and Head Nurse to streamline operations and optimise daily schedules. Responsibilities include organizing monthly vet meetings, conducting one-on-one check-ins, addressing clinical queries, and assisting with complaint resolution. You'll also collaborate with other Senior Vets across our branches to ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to patient care and supporting company-wide initiatives. Additionally, you'll engage in monthly senior clinical meetings and support our vets with annual reviews.

Ideally working full time 35 hours per week over 4 days, Monday to Friday, 1:4 Saturday with time back, daily working hours 8:00 - 18:30, Saturday 8:30 - 13:30
