At Wards Veterinary Centre in Elgin, we’re looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our busy and supportive team.

Rota patterns that work for you

We are committed to supporting a healthy and sustainable work-life balance and are proud to offer genuine flexibility in how this role is structured. You can choose between a full-time position or a one month on, one month off rota, offering extended periods of time away from work.

We are able to offer a unique working pattern of one month on, one month off, or a more traditional full-time position of 40 hours per week. We welcome both flexible and full-time applicants depending on individual preference.

The role includes Saturday morning consults from 9am to 1pm every 4-6 weeks, with time off in lieu provided. Out-of-hours care is primarily covered by Highland Vet Emergencies, although there may occasionally be the opportunity to cover a shift if required.
