We offer a genuinely flexible approach to working patterns and welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. The full-time role is 38 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings and approximately 1 in 10 nights and weekends on call.

Work–life balance is a genuine priority here. You’ll benefit from a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, and strong CPD support to help you continue developing your equine interests and expertise. Team & Facilities

You’ll be joining a supportive, friendly and experienced team that values collaboration, mentorship, and a positive working culture. The wider clinical team includes 17 Veterinary Surgeons, 14 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 20 dedicated support staff, with BVRA-registered members and certificate holders within the group.

This equine-only role offers a varied and rewarding caseload, combining ambulatory work in the field with access to excellent facilities and modern diagnostic equipment, enabling you to practice high-quality, progressive equine medicine.
