The role will be varied and include consulting, surgery, dental procedures with use of dental x-rays, imaging, diagnostics, and inpatient care. Rota patterns that work for you
Our people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Our flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours offers a balance that truly flexes with you and your lifestyle no matter what stage you are in your career.
The role will be across 2 - 2.5 days per week with the usual shift pattern being 8.30am - 7pm however we can be flexible for the right candidate. Our vets also participate in a Saturday morning rota working approximately 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 9am - 1pm (with the practice closing at 12).
We have a well-managed diary and run 15-minute appointments. Double appointments are booked for challenging or complex cases and slots are blocked off and reserved for ‘on the day’/emergency cases. We also have a 30 minute catch up time factored in before lunch and prior to finishing. Out of hours is covered by Vets Now and we do not keep inpatients in overnight on-site, so there is no on-call.
