The Veterinary Nurse role is critical to providing high standards of client and patient care. At Hall Place Veterinary Centre, we are looking for a qualified veterinary nurse to join our well-established, vibrant, caring team and continue to promote our core values.
The role would be full-time (40 hour week) and our nurses work either a 4 or 5 day week to suit. There is also a shared weekend rota with Saturdays only. No Sundays or OOH necessary.
About our wonderful practice
Set in the idyllic countryside, our purpose-built practice provides separate dog and cat kennels, nurse consultation room, dental suite, isolation suite and ultrasound room with all the standard, modern equipment.
We strive to provide a higher standard of veterinary care, and our nurses are encouraged to use their skills to their full potential in assisting in many aspects of nursing including dentistry, nurse clinics, laparoscopy speys and orthopedic surgery. We believe nurses are integral to the smooth running of the working day and encourage nurse involvement in all aspects of patient care and treatment plans. We are also keen to support future clinical development and allow your interests to flourish.
Successful candidates must first and foremost share our passion for high standard patient care. You will also be able to work well as part of a team and be a good role model for our student nurses, showing good organizational skills and professionalism.
