Day to Day
Ideally this is a full-time position with the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day working week, accommodating to your lifestyle and shift patterns that adapt based on your chosen week structure. Embrace a 1 in 5 Saturday Rota from 8:30am to 12pm, with no out-of-hours commitments. We welcome applicants looking for part time hours.

The practice has been established in the communities of Kirkintilloch and Lenzie for over 40 years. Martin Vets is located in a picturesque location on the banks of the Forth and Clyde canal within walking distance of public transport as well as excellent road links throughout the central belt of Scotland. While only 8 miles from the centre of Glasgow, Kirkintilloch is perfectly located for access to the Campsie Fells and beyond.
We have 4 consulting rooms, a welcoming, bright waiting room, central prep room with lab, 2 theatres, separate x-ray room and dedicated dental suite, separate large dog, and cat wards as well as an isolation room. The building itself was voted overall winner of the Veterinary Practice Design awards in 2013 and benefits from copious natural light owing to floor to ceiling windows. We benefit from plenty of free on-street parking as well as demarcated parking for clients.
