Are you a caring and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a role where you can really make an impact? At Speyside Vets, we’re seeking a passionate RVN to join our small, supportive team in Fochabers, where teamwork, patient care, and job satisfaction come first. You’ll be joining a friendly and dynamic team of two vets, two nurses, two receptionists and one VCA, all working closely together to provide outstanding care to our loyal clients and their pets.

What You’ll Be Doing


As a valued member of our nursing team, you’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding role. Your days will include nurse clinics, patient care, assisting with surgeries, monitoring anaesthesia, and supporting lab and diagnostic work such as radiography and ultrasound. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining stock levels and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

Rota


Your shifts will alternate weekly between an early shift from 7:45am to 3:45pm and a late shift from 10:15am to 6:30pm. Early shifts involve setting up for the day, assisting with surgeries, supporting diagnostics, and managing nurse appointments, while late shifts focus on surgical nursing, diagnostics, and evening consultations. You will also take part in a 1:4 Saturday mornings (9:00am to 12:00pm) at our Aberlour branch.
