We have a rare opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our experienced, friendly, and supportive nursing team at Highcroft Vets in Hailsham.

The Role


This is a hands-on, first opinion nursing position offering a great balance of responsibilities and opportunities to use your full skill set. Shifts are varied to keep your day interesting and include:

  • Nurse consultations and clinics
  • Surgical and theatre nursing
  • Dispensary and laboratory work
  • Inpatient and diagnostic care

  • We believe in ensuring our nurses are empowered to use their training to the fullest, assisting our vets in surgery, dentals, and all aspects of patient care.

    Rota


    Working between 30–40 hours per week , with1:7 Saturday mornings (clinic until 12:30pm), & no out-of-hours.     Our Polegate branch focuses on wellbeing, hosting vaccination and nurse clinics alongside Wellness Screenings. Both our vets and nurses rotate between sites, offering a great mix of cases and collaboration.
