Here at Riverside Vets, we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. You will carry out general nursing duties including clinics, anaesthesia, and patient care. There is scope for individuals to develop their own area of interest and nurses are encouraged to make use of their skills. All levels of experience are considered but the RVN qualification is required.

We are looking for someone who is a good team player passionate about high clinical standards and first-class patient care and a good communicator. The candidate will need to be able to work well as part of the team and we would welcome either an experienced nurse or someone at an earlier stage of their career.

Working Hours


This is a part time position of approximately 20 hours per week although there can be some flexibility in this for the right candidate. The shift times are between 8 am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday. No weekend or OOH work is required with this role.

Our Friendly and Supportive Team 


Our friendly team consists of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 5 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 3 support staff. We are proud to say our team is much more like a family and we have an embedded ethos of encouragement and support throughout the practice. Our facilities include a full in-house lab, separate isolation, cat and dog wards, digital x-ray and ultrasound
