Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal

Wharton Vets, Winsford, Winsford, North West

Discipline: Small Animal

Up to £35,000 DOE

Apply
Are you a passionate and ambitious Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a unique opportunity? Wharton Vets in Winsford is expanding, and we are looking for an RVN to play a leading role in transforming our practice into a thriving standalone practice, where your ideas and expertise will directly shape its future.

A Rare Opportunity to Build Something New

Wharton Vets has traditionally operated as a branch practice, but we're now offering the right candidate the chance to play a key role in developing it into a standalone practice. With a single consulting room, on-site parking, and a strong foundation. You'll have the chance to influence everything from protocols to patient care standards, making your mark on the practice as it grows.
You'll be working alongside an experienced vet, gaining hands-on experience in a role that will evolve as the practice grows. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include nurse consultations, assisting with procedures, patient care, and ensuring the smooth running of the practice. As the practice expands, so will your role - offering exciting opportunities to develop new services, build client relationships, and truly make this practice your own.

The Perfect Location for Any Lifestyle

Winsford offers the best of both worlds - beautiful Cheshire countryside with miles of traffic-free walking trails, alongside easy access to vibrant cities like Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester, all within an hour’s drive. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful rural setting or bustling city life, Winsford is the perfect place to call home.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident and motivated RVN who thrives in an independent setting and is excited by the prospect of growing a practice. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, is passionate about patient care, and is eager to be involved in shaping the future of Wharton Vets.
