We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 month maternity cover position to work within our lovely nursing team at Pool House Vets. Mainly based at our Lichfield branch but not limited too as we have 4 small animal branches within Pool House. Lichfield is a 24/7 emergency OOH hospital operating with a large team of vets, nurses and support staff. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to work 28 hours per week (3 days) with 1 in 4 weekends. There are no night OOH shifts but will include some late shifts on a weekend and cover for bank holidays. Additional night shifts can be picked up for staff holidays as an extra.

You will be responsible for inpatient care, assisting in theatre, nurse clinics, helping with the smooth running of the practice, delivering a high standard of clinical care to patients.
