We are looking for a dynamic head nurse, who will be passionate about supporting and encouraging their team to deliver excellent veterinary nursing care and client support. Duties to include organising the nursing rota, and the day to day running of the nursing team, as well as having an active part in nursing, along with admin duties compatible with the role.

Bell & Partners has been a trusted practice for several decades, our clients know us for our high level of care and empathy. We have been through several changes lately and we need you to complete our dedicated team! The practice has facilities to equip you in your role such as x-ray, ultrasound, and in house laboratory. Situated in Coventry, honoured as the UK City of Culture in 2021, the practice has convenient transport links to London, Birmingham, as well as the local areas of Leamington Spa and Solihull. The location boasts exceptional retail amenities, a myriad of attractions, historical sites, and picturesque countryside walks—all readily available in the vicinity. You will be working with a supportive a team consisting of two registered veterinary nurses, one VCA, one receptionist, our new clinical director, and a practice manager. Several experienced locums make regular contributions knowing the clients and practice well.
