Apply
Are you an experienced RVN ready to take the next step in leadership? We're looking for a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead and support our brilliant nurse teams across Forest and Lakeside Vets.

In this unique cross-site role, you'll have the support of two Senior Nurses, support development, maintain high clinical standards, and play a key role in creating a positive, collaborative culture. You'll work closely with the Practice Director and Clinical Leads to ensure the nursing team thrives — and that we deliver outstanding patient care every day.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves developing people, improving systems, and helping practices grow stronger through great leadership.

About the role

This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role offering real autonomy and the opportunity to make a visible difference. You'll work across two busy, evolving practices and play a key role in shaping the culture and direction of the wider Area team.

It’s a chance to lead meaningfully, influence change, and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Working hours/rota

This is a full-time position working 40 hours across 5 days per week, with participation in the shared Saturday rota.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for a qualified RVN with proven leadership experience—someone who is approachable, organised, and confident working with people. You’ll be passionate about clinical standards and equally invested in building a positive, supportive team culture.

Sound like the right next step for you? We’d love to hear from you. Apply now or get in touch for an informal chat to find out more.
