We are looking for a dynamic Head Nurse for our Wirral vet sites, who is passionate about supporting and encouraging their team to deliver excellent results, driving clinical standards You will be based at our Upton branch but will be required to work at Seaview to create a strong relationship will all team members. 

The Role


This role includes setting a high standard of patient and client care, leading your team of 3 RVNs 2 SVNs 4 ANAs by example. 
You will work closely with the senior management team so a good team player is a must. All the usual RVN duties, so someone who can combine people management too. 
Leading the team you will be responsible to delivering appraisals, overseeing Health and Safety, radiology, ordering stock control. 

The Rota


We can offer flexibility in your rota, we know a work life balance is a must. 4 days 8.00- 6.30pm 
Saturdays 9-1.30pm one in 4 Saturday mornings.
