The Director of Practice and Clinical Services plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and leading the practice whilst working closely with the clinical team to drive high standards of care and achieve commercial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially aware Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a supportive practice and to step in to a leadership role.

As Director of Practice & Clinical Services, you will provide senior clinical leadership across 3 practices, setting and delivering the clinical vision in line with the inspiring vet care strategy, standards, and values.
You’ll oversee clinical governance, quality improvement, and performance across services, working closely with operational leaders to drive excellent patient outcomes, sustainable service delivery, and a strong clinical culture. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain an active clinical caseload, supporting and mentoring colleagues across the practice.
