We’re searching for an experienced, motivated Clinical Director to take the helm at Miramar Vets, a thriving and friendly practice nestled in beautiful Sheringham, North Norfolk.
About the Role
This is a true leadership opportunity where you’ll balance clinical excellence with strategic direction. As Clinical Director, you’ll:
Guide and support a passionate veterinary teamShape the future of the practice—clinically and operationallyManage budgets, drive standards, and champion patient careEnjoy a dynamic caseload including soft tissue surgery, small furries (rabbits, guinea pigs), and moreWork closely with our Practice Manager and Area Director to grow and develop the practice
We offer protected management time within your week, allowing you to focus on leadership alongside hands-on veterinary work. Your clinical days will include both consultations and surgery, and we’re open to supporting any niche clinical interests you’d like to develop.

We’re proud to have certificate holders in soft tissue surgery and dentistry, and our well-equipped practice features of 3 consult rooms, dedicated dog and cat wards and waiting areas, a range of modern diagnostic and surgical equipment.
We also work closely with Cats Protection and are looking to expand our charitable partnerships, including future collaborations with the RSPCA.
Working Pattern & Benefits
Our flexible approach to rota patterns truly enhances your work-life balance. We understand that everyone has personal commitments outside of their careers, and we aim to help you achieve the right balance. We can offer a 4/5 day working week, no OOH only 1:4 Saturday mornings (8:30AM-12:30pm, last consult at 11:30am).
Supportive management structure with an Area Director and Area Support Manager on hand for any operational queries and leadership development support.
