Salary up to £80,000 DOE, plus Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 & Welcome bonus up to £10,000
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Clinical Director at Framlingham Vets! We are looking for an experienced Veterinary surgeon looking to progress their career into management or a Vet who already holds a management position and is looking for their next challenge and career move.
The successful candidate will have excellent clinical experience and ability, willing to support other vets in case discussions, work ups etc. and would be willing to coach new graduates when applicable to the needs of the business.
We are seeking someone who ticks all the boxes and is a good communicator, works well within a team, is willing to listen and collaborate on ideas and who brings new ideas to the business too. Someone who integrates well with the team, is approachable and supportive with a youthful mindset. They should be a hard worker who is dedicated to the practice but that also knows how to relax and enjoy a good work/life balance.
We work to a high standard of patient and client care that is evidence based and endeavor to provide a patient first service, ensuring that our care is suited for each client and each budget. Working over two branches we have dental X-ray, dedicated operating theatres, diagnostic imaging suite, in house laboratory separate dog and cat wards. We have large reception areas and plenty of parking for clients and staff at both sites.

The hours would ideally be full time (40 hours), ideally 4 days a week, having a day off during the week.
1 in 3 Saturday mornings, given back in toil the following week and no out of hours or on call.
About Framlingham Vets
We have an experienced Practice Manager to support you, as well as a dedicated Head Nurse and Head Receptionist, who work well together as a team.
Framlingham and Saxon Vets are located in a beautiful part of Suffolk with plenty of lovely countryside of heathland and woodland, around the popular town of Framlingham and Woodbridge. The stunning Suffolk coast, and its fabulous beaches are a short drive away, all whilst being within an easy drive to London and Stansted airport. Framlingham itself, with its historic buildings, is home to Ed Sheeran's famous medieval 'Castle on the Hill' and the practice is a stones-throw from one of Ed's favourite pubs!
We currently have 2 Veterinary Surgeons, one who is a certificate holder in ophthalmology, and another is a Cert AVP. We also have 4 Registered Veterinary Nurse's, 2 Student Nurses, and a team of very competent Receptionists to make a Vet’s life as easy as possible.
