Hay Vets have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated person to join their busy reception team. You’ll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that welcomes clients to the practice, supports them during their visit, and helps them access the care their pets need. Working at the heart of a busy hospital team, your role will be varied and rewarding—no two days are the same.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
Greeting and checking in clients with professionalism and warmthHandling a high volume of phone and email enquiriesBooking appointments and procedures accuratelyTaking payments and processing insurance claimsSupporting clinical teams with day-to-day coordinationKeeping the reception area clean, organised, and welcoming

About the rota
This is a part-time role covering 20 hours per week. You will cover a variety of shifts across Monday – Saturday.
