We are looking for a full-time friendly Client Care Representative in our busy, customer-focused veterinary practices based in Chesham and Amersham. This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for approx. 12 months.
We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in our local community and pride ourselves on our impeccable customer care.
This role is fast-paced and fun with no two working days the same, so we are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.

As we operate over four branches, successful candidates may be required to provide cover at alternative sites; therefore, a use of own vehicle and a full, clean driving license are essential.

The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre is owned by IVC Evidensia and led by our own in-house management team. We have had the privilege of caring for small animals in the local community for 60 years.

Your shift pattern
This role consists of 40 hours per week with 2 late shifts (finish at 7pm) plus working 1 Saturday in 4 (full time).
