We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Assistant to work within our very busy Administration Department at Pride Veterinary Centre. The successful candidate will be working within our Admin/Insurance department and will be responsible for monthly client accounts, processing of invoices via email or post and chasing clients for non-payment of their veterinary bills or Insurance claims. 

The hours available are 37.50 hours per week generally working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm with one-hour unpaid lunch break.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a good IT knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel and have the ability to work well in a busy environment, excellent telephone manner, a passion for customer service along with a good eye for detail as well as a bubbly personality. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above or at least 1 years experience in a similar role. You must also have the ability to work fast and accurate is required to meet necessary deadlines.
