Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Small Animal Hydrotherapy (essential)
Experience in small animal rehabilitation (desirable)
Experience working within a treadmill-based hydrotherapy practice
Confidence working independently alongside Animal Care Assistants
Good diary management and administrative skills
Experience carrying out water testing
The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary referral team
Laser therapy experience (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Confidence managing a busy day-to-day caseload
Strong communication skills
A key client-facing role within a supportive and collaborative practice team

We are seeking an organised, personable Hydrotherapist to join our team at Moorview Referrals on a full-time basis.
Moorview Referrals is a multi-disciplinary, purpose-built veterinary referral hospital based in Cramlington, Northumberland. Our team comprises over 100 colleagues, ranging from experienced Veterinary Surgeons to front-of-house teams and administrators, all working towards our shared purpose of healthier animals and happier owners. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient and client care.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Qualified Small Animal Hydrotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering rehabilitation services while providing outstanding care and support to both patients and their owners.
