Our clinic based in Hook seeks an enthusiastic and confident Practice Manager to join the team!
As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital role in both the operational and business aspects of the practice, ensuring exceptional client and patient care.
Supported by our Clinical Director and Deputy Clinical Director, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting the practice team - fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Handling HR responsibilities, including payroll, recruitment, staff development, and absence management. Managing debt recovering processes and addressing client complaints professionally. Ensuring high safety compliance, supporting the team with protocols and risk assessments.
Who we are
Hook Vets is a thriving practice, which has expanded over the last 2 years and has exciting plans for the future. The practice is located in a small town in Hampshire with excellent road and rail links. We are situated within 5 minutes drive of the M3, J5, and 3-minute walk from Hook station, which is on the mainline to London Waterloo/ Southampton Central. We have a very loyal client base, with over 70% on our pet health club.
The practice is well equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, Esaote MyLabX7 ultrasound, K-Laser and in house IDEXX lab. We are currently planning our move to a new purpose-built building.
