We are a busy general practice and orthopaedic referral clinic in the East Neuk and we are recruiting a new receptionist/admin assistant to help our patients and client's journey as smooth and as enjoyable as we can. The main part of the job with be on the desk receiving our clients, answering their questions, answering phones and dealing with emails etc. There will also be some admin time which will consist of processing referrals and emails, updating client records, dealing with insurance and following up on other reception tasks. 

The rolling rota offers a great work/life balance with the ideal candidate choosing between a 3 or 4 day week depending what fits with their lifestyle and lots of company benefits including: 6.8 weeks holiday allowance, extensive family friendly policies, staff discounts and lots of discounts across major UK brands. 

The 3 day week would be a Mon/Tues/Wed one week followed by Wed/Thurs/Fri the following week with a 1:4 Saturday morning. 

The 4 day week would be a Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri one week followed by Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri the following week with a 1:4 Saturday morning. 

The salary will vary depending on experience and also the hours the candidate chooses to work (25-33hours/week). The range will be £15925 - £22,000 per year.
