About the Role
As a Veterinary Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy 24-hour hospital. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks while delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities include:
Processing insurance claim forms and payments. Allocating payments and managing account adjustments. Handling insurance, accounts, and general client queries—both in person and over the phone. Discussing and processing credit scheme applications. Supporting the Office Manager, Practice Manager, and Clinical Directors with additional administrative tasks as needed.
About You
We’re looking for a self-motivated, efficient, and versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience in a veterinary environment, including customer service and administration. Be confident and professional when interacting with clients and colleagues. Possess strong computer skills and be comfortable working with figures. Perform well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Rota patterns that work for you
This part-time role consists of 24 hours per week, spread across three days. The working hours are Tuesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
