As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. 

You will greet all clients warmly and professionally, answer phone calls, and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide clients with informative and empathetic guidance, converting inquiries into appointments to support pet healthcare. Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection while presenting a knowledgeable and professional image that promotes the practice and instils confidence in our clients.

Our veterinary team is passionate about all areas of general practice, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality clinical care. Regular audits are conducted to ensure the team consistently delivers gold-standard first opinion pet care.

What We’re Looking For


We are seeking a receptionist with a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for both pets and people. You’ll bring confidence and a naturally caring nature, fitting seamlessly into our friendly practice teams while delivering a high-quality experience for both pet owners and their pets. Previous experience in a busy reception environment, including managing phone calls and handling cash, is desirable. Experience with sensitive information, working under tight deadlines, and using IT systems would be beneficial. As this role often involves supporting clients in emotionally challenging situations, the ability to stay calm, composed, and friendly under pressure is essential.

Working Pattern


This is a part-time position, working 30 hours per week. The shift pattern will be between practice opening times of Mon-Fri 8:30am-7pm and Saturdays, so flexibility will be required.
