We are seeking a positive and forward-thinking person to join our busy reception team in our Yeovil practice.
The role will include answering and directing phone calls, booking vet appointments, processing emails, taking payments, promoting healthcare options, and maintaining cleanliness standards in our reception area.

The Kingston Veterinary Group has a wide client base of small animal, farm, and equine clients in both Somerset and Dorset. Over the years, the practice has expanded with a small animal surgery in Yeovil and our equine branch located in Buckhorn Weston. In October 2018 the practice started its daily running under the management of IVC Evidensia. The perfect fit
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail and be comfortable working under pressure at times.
A high standard of customer service is required and the ability to work as part of a team is essential. An understanding of the veterinary field would be beneficial although full training is provided.
Your working pattern
This is a full-time/part-time job share role, working 40 hours over 5 days plus a Saturday morning on a rota basis. Flexibility will be needed to help cover holidays or absences.
