We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy practice in Hampshire. The candidate would ideally be able to work in any of our practices in Alton, Bordon or Grayshott. Full training will be provided with the opportunity for further CPD in the future.
Main duties would include
Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing prescription requestsDealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiriesAccurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferableCleaning duties

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in reception or customer service, be comfortable handling both dogs and cats, and, most importantly, remain calm and composed under pressure.
Shift pattern
The role is for 30 hours per week, working various shifts between 8:15 am – 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday and includes Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
