Role: Client Care Advisor

Location: Rhyd Broughton Vets, Wrexham

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

We’re a busy, friendly first‑opinion small animal practice supporting the Wrexham and Chester community. Our team includes 13 vets, a 15‑strong nursing team (RVNs, SVNs and ACAs), and 15 dedicated support colleagues. We work across a range of shift patterns designed to protect work–life balance.

Our location offers the best of both worlds — Snowdonia National Park for outdoor adventure, and easy access to Manchester and Liverpool for city life. And of course, Wrexham brings its own energy, pride, and football culture.

As part of inspiring vet care, the UK and Europe’s largest veterinary group, we’re united by a shared purpose: happier animals, happier owners. We invest in people, learning, wellbeing, and innovation so that every team member can grow with confidence and fulfilment.
