We are looking for a Veterinary Care Assistant to join our busy veterinary hospital in Bath, alongside the referral team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital, cleaning surgical equipment and sterilising specialist instruments.  You will also assist in preparing patients for surgical and medical procedures and support the nurses with restraining patients.

You will have good interpersonal skills with a passion on all aspects of animal care and welfare. You will instinctively want to go that extra mile to provide the best care to your patients. Animal handling experience is preferable.

You will work 38 hours per week across 4 or 5 days per week between the hours of 8 am - 7 pm. No weekends or Bank Holidays.
