Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones, welcoming, and assisting farmers and other visitors with professionalism. Administrative Support including diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with staff and clients.Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the practice, including filing and data entry Stock ManagementTB Testing Administration

Our specialist farm team provides the highest quality of medicine with a proactive approach to preventative health planning. Our dedicated large animal premises are equipped with an in-house laboratory, pharmacy, lambing facilities and an examination area. The site boasts ample parking space enabling easy access for clients with trailers.
What you'll bring to the team
We're looking for someone with prior experience in administrative, receptionist, or data entry roles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for working well with clients and team members. If you're organized, good at managing your time, and comfortable juggling tasks, that's a big plus. Proficiency in computer systems, especially data entry and database management, is key. As well as accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when dealing with sensitive information. Most importantly, we're seeking someone with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service to our farming clients.
Working pattern
You will work 40 hours across 5 days per week, with occasional involvement in the Saturday rota.
